If you have any questions about the connection, commissioning, operation or programming of our drives, we will be happy to assist you. Simply create a support ticket using the form below. You can then provide us with the initial information about your request so that we can provide you with the best possible support when you first contact us. Our support team will get in touch with you by email or phone during our support hours.
Our support hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am. to 4:00 pm. CET
• Friday: 8:00 am. to 12:00 pm. CET
Remote Maintenance
With TeamViewer you offer us the possibility of remote maintenance. You can download TeamViewer here.
The first 90 minutes are included per support case, further support is charged on an hourly basis. We are also happy to offer you individual hourly packages, which will of course only be invoiced on a time and material basis.
