  • Standard Power-Off Brakes: Brakes engage automatically when power is off, releasing when current flows. 
  • Optional Power-On Brakes: Available upon request, these brakes activate when voltage is applied, ideal for specific applications. 
  • High Protection Ratings: All brakes offer IP 54 or higher protection against dust and water ingress. 
  • Encoder Compatibility: Combine brakes with incremental encoders for enhanced control and position feedback (up to IP 65 protection depending on motor-brake combination). 
  • Freewheeling Diode Protection: We recommend using a freewheeling diode to safeguard your control system's DC contacts from arcing.
